40 days herbal program to increase 10 kg. weight within 12 months. Strict diet control must be necessary during 40 days period. You can get piper from Ayurvedic Store. Piper reduces cough and improves digestion. It helps liver. Our digestive juices work more smoothly after using piper.On first day, take 3 piper, 1 tea spoon rock candy(misri), 100 ml milk and 50 ml water. Mix it and boil it till it remains 2/3. Have it without filtering. On second day, take 6 piper, on third day take 9 piper and so on till 20th day. On 20th day take 60 piper. From 21st day reduce the amount of piper in decreasing order by 3. It means take 57 piper on 21st day, 54 piper on 22nd day and so on. Only 3 piper again will be taken on last i.e. 40th day. You can increase the amount of milk as needed. In this experiment, add 3 piper daily till 20th day then reduce 3 till last day.
Suppose you want to do the total experiment with the help of minimum amount of piper, you can. Take 3 piper on first day, 4 piper on second day, 5 piper on third day and so on till 20th day. On 20th day, you should take 22 piper. From 21st day, you have to go in reducing order up to 40th day. On 40th day, take only 3 piper again. In this experiment, add only 1 piper everyday, then reduce only 1 everyday.
Diet program during experiment:
- Take boiled milk with piper after cleaning teeth.
- You can have tea/coffee and light snakes after an hour.
- During the experiment if you follow two main meals and light snakes twice, it will help you more to achieve weight. Now look at the general time table:
- At 6.30 a.m. milk boiled with piper.
- Around 8.00 a.m. tea/coffee and high fiber biscuits or other fresh snakes.
- 12.00 chapati, sabji and dal.
- At 4.00 p.m. tea/coffee and khakhra or high fiber buiscuits.
- Dinner around 7.30 Bhakhri (Indian whole wheat bread), Sabji (cooked vegetables)/Khichdi and Sabji/ Paratha / Mixed Vegetable Bran.
- Any time in between if you require, you can have fruits like dates, banana, chiku of apple.
Not to eat/drink or do during experiment:
- During the total period of 40 days, don’t eat curd, butter milk, kadhi, chutney, pickles, fermented food and stale food.
- Try to avoid junk food, fried food or Chinese food.
- Avoid milk mithai, bansudi and flavoured milk.
- Avoid to take more cold or hot tea/coffee/water/milk.
- Don’t have anything after 8.30 p.m.
Such types of rules and discipline will help you in getting better result and you will complete the total 40 days journey easily, without hurdles. You can gain 7 to 10 kg weight within 12 months after finishing the experiment. If you can follow the diet chart and do regular exercise for an year and avoid junk food and take regular sleep for 7-8 hours, you can reach easily to the result.
