- 7th April is World Health Day. Who we are? and What is health actually? We means body, mind and soul, And a person who is physically, mentally and socially well being is a healthy person defined by W.H.O.
- First, your physical body should be in a shape and also in a movable condition. If any time you are able to move your body easily, it means your joints are healthy & free. If you can regularly enjoy your meal, means your digestion power is quite powerful. If you can work for longer period without taking much more support of tea, coffee, soft drinks or liquor means your immune power is good.
- If you are able to sleep deeply and you feel fresh and energetic after waking up in morning, means your mind is healthy,too. If you can forgive and forget many things it means your mind is too much healthy.
- If you can move freely, sleep at a deep level and can enjoy your food and having power to forgive and forget means you are healthy enough. Now, if you wish you can start to meditate regularly for 10 to 20 minutes.
