If you can’t bend your knees, sit on the floor with your legs extended in the front. Ignore those sofas and soft chairs. Soft furniture has the effect of putting pressure on your two lowermost vertebrae. Sit on hard chairs, on the floor, and keep your knees and your spine strong.
