Mix powder of coriander seeds, cumin seeds and rock candy equally. Take 2 tea spoon mixture 2-3 times a day with water at any time. It will minimize and balance the acidic condition. It will also balance Ph level. At the time of acidity, you may take a glass of cold water instead of cold milk. One should change his eating habits to minimize reflux. Proper mastication of food will release enough saliva. Saliva is the most natural antacid ever. Also walk casually for 20 minutes after meals. Avoid drinking water after meal at least for an hour.
Do one Aasan before meal for two-three minutes as shown above. And take 10 deep breath during such position or Aasan. The name of this Aasan is Nilambasan.
Stress is in the root of this dis-ease many time. Do deep breath for getting ease. When there is no ease it is called dis-ease. Deep breathing will give you ease at least for 7-8 hour. Have an acid free day.
