Whenever a child is born everyone is anxious to know its weight. At that time if its more everyone is happy but that’s not the case when we get older. Exercise and yoga are great healers too. You will be surprised to know that once the body gets used to exercise, the hunger pangs you experience automatically reduce to a great extent. You can expect to eat only to meet your body’s actual need rather than a superficial need for food.

Let us narrate the case of Ms Rupal Dave, who came to our naturopathy centre in January, 2007. She had come to attend her daughter’s engagement ceremony. Her weight was 75 kilos/165 lbs.
