Our existence means only body and mind? No, when body, mind and untouchable soul synchronises then we can live with ease, without stress. During our working time we usually work less with body more with mind. Mind is equal to bundle of thoughts. Generally, we do our work constantly without ease. And due to stress, the battery of our brain goes down after working for 14 to 18 hours.
So, if you rely more on the mind or do more mental work then you should Meditate regularly at least for 5 minutes before sleep. Before going for sleep, sit erect on your bed and keep your eyes close. Now start breathing from the left nostril.
First take deep breathe from left nostril with ease. Now exhale it from right nostril. During exhalation in final stage, try to keep your stomach inside. When stomach goes in, residual air goes out.
Now after exhalation breath from right nostril at the same time inhale it from right nostril. After completion of inhalation from right, exhale it gently from left in the same manner which you did earlier. If you did it, you have completed one cycle of total breathing of Nadi Suddhi.
Do not hold breath either for a moment nor exhale it with speed. It should be in rhythm. Cosmos works in rhythm. We can learn it from animal, insects, trees, plants, birds too.
You may repeat such cycle of breathing for 10 to 50 times at a time. Now after completion of breathing, concentrate between two eyes; on Agnya Chakra. Maximum for 5 minutes. If you want to be with your normal breathing you may concentrate effortlessly on your breathe during meditation. Observe your normal breath and go in with your breath. Also come out with your breath. This is second but very effective style of meditation. Now you may go for sleep. The quality of sleep will be changed. You will be on alfa level very soon.
