Our liver itself produces 70% protein. Different parts of our body regularly needs protein. Our hair, skin, eyes and brain require it. In our daily routine diet their should be 70% carbohydrate, 20% protein and 10% fat. We can have carbohydrate from wheat, rice, potato, milk and banana. We can get fat from milk, butter, ghee and oil.
