Hollow bones of sinus located on and under our eyes and also nearer to our nostrils as shown in to the picture. Sinus helps when we speak. Due to poor digestion, cold, cough, sneezing, some amount of cough and gas have been filled in to the area of sinus and create pain and headache.
- Remedies:
- Keep mustard seeds, salt and ajwain(carom seeds), two tea spoon each in an iron pen and keep it on burner. Keep the flame low and take the smoke carefully with closed eyes and allow smoke to enter in to nose as well outer area of sinus.
- Keep one tea spoon turmeric powder in to 100 ml water, boil it for 5-7 minutes, filter then add 5-7 drops of lemon in it. You can take it two times in a day.
- 1 tea spoon harde powder can be taken with luke warm water before going to sleep for some days. After some days, can be take twice a week only.
- Not to eat: Curd, butter milk, basmati rick, fried and junk food and avoid fermented food after 7 evening.
- What to do: Pranayama and walking.
- Not to do: Avoid to sleep just after meal and do not sleep in day time.
