Unconsciously, many people eat more food frequently even if they are not hungry. For reducing stress, their unconscious mind commands them to eat more foods. Because, until anyone eats without hunger or takes soft drinks or tea-coffee etc., their thought process becomes slower. The same thing applied to tobacco addicts.
People feel calm unknowingly till they have cigarettes or tobacco in their mouth. Bodyweight increases by taking more food even if you are not hungry. Today’s remedy is a natural support to reduce weight. It can be a blessing for obese people, who have not gotten married due to obesity. It will be a ray of hope for those who are in depression due to obesity.
But after reducing weight, you should have to change in lifestyle. If anyone continues it for 20 days, one can lose up to 10 kg of body weight. The minimum amount of salt and dry coriander powder, cumin powder, rock salt, lemon, etc can be taken as per taste.
Have a look at the diet program:
1. Around 7:30 morning after bruising teeth, take 200 ml. juice of cucumber or Kheera.
2. Around 8:30: tea\coffee if needed,
3. 9:30: 1 to 2 glasses of fresh cow buttermilk,
4.12:00 noon: mix salad of cucumber, cabbage, tomato, carrots, beetroot. You can add 7-10 leaves of fresh spinach or some leaves of fenugreek also.
5. 3:00 pm: again 2 glasses of fresh buttermilk,
6. 4:30 evening: tea\coffee if needed,
7. Around 6:30: mix salad,
8. Evening 8:00: take an apple and chew and masticate it gently,
9. At bedtime: take 1\2 to 1 tsp Harde powder or Amla powder(Indian Gooseberry) with Luke warm water,
Extra fat can be reduced by regular exercise. With a daily intake of 3 to 4 liters of water, the body will come in shape.
Our body and mind are more precious than a specially ordered imported car. It is a priceless gift. But when our precious body becomes unhealthy, only then do we take care of it. Again so many people forget to do so.
