The first week of August is celebrated around the world as Breastfeeding Week. Modern Science moreover completely supports the scientific importance of breastfeeding. There is no other alternative to breast milk. Until the baby is six months old, it should be kept on this nectar-like milk only. So If breast milk is so important then the would-be mothers should take full care of their body & mind during the nine months of pregnancy.
The baby’s body develops from mother’s milk.
The five basic senses: touch, sight, hearing, smell & taste develop well with the help of breast milk. At the same time, a child becomes brilliant if the mother reads good books, gets regular sleep on time, eats a simple but natural healthy diet that provides essential nutrients & keeps herself away from unnecessary vitamin supplements for those 9 months.
But, If the mother is constantly in tension during those 9 months than that will impact the nature of the child.
